Return Policy

All orders are checked for defects before shipment. In an unfortunate case which you receive an unsatisfactory item, please contact us at us within 7 days of receipt with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange. All other cases will only be eligible for a one-for-one exchange.

  1. Provide Free Exchange Service with original poslaju postage fees or other courier postage fees Only
  2. We Will Take Full Responsibility including the postage fees to All Wrong Color or Size Fashion
  3. Free Exchange Exlude Postage Fees if the sizing different 1-4cm only
    (Please allow 1-4cm different to all cloth for different measurement method )
  4. All Exchanging Clothes Must be in Original and Good Condition
  5. We have a very strictly control to the YUIS Brand Fashion to confirm every customer receive them in good condition
  6. We allow you to exchange from different size only to each cloth
  7. Lastly, Have a good time shopping with us

All Other Fashion
Kindly note that the apparels are to be hand wash by itself if it comes with sequins, beads, pearls, tangling accesories as it may damage other apparels during the wash.

Please note that the items are free-size in general, unless otherwise stated in a specific size. Customers are encouraged to make enquiry or check the respective measurements for each area before confirming you can fit in the item.

Sizing issue such as cannot fit in, too big or too tight or too short or long does not extend to any form of return nor exchange. Strictly no exchange for reasons relating to size is not what you should expect or should be able to fit in when it is smaller or bigger than it is perceived.

Measurements stated may vary 1-3cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.

What is an unsatisfactory item?

Quality and material issues are subjective and we do not promise 100% similarity of depicted items as the actual item. Please contact us before purchase to reaasure your doubts. Generally, our illustrated items are 85% similar to the actual item.
- Item in the wrong colour or size.
- Item with manufacturing defect.
- Wrong item that was not in order.

** Normally photo (due to photoshooting and lighting environment) will more bright but color is similar

Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it is returned us. It must be returned to us in its original condition first
- The returned items will be verified by our quality control department before exchange , refund or go further
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
- We do not provide pickup service for exchange or return but we will assist you for the returning progress
- The exchange subject to handling and postage fees surcharge
- An item in a colour or size cannot fit (too short, too long, too tight or too loose etc) that is not up to your expectation is not considered a ‘wrong item’.
- A manufacturing defect does not include stray threads or removable dirt.
- If the defect is found to be inflicted after we have delivered the item, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. (e.g after washing the item or wearing the item and/or has obtained stains from elsewhere or damaged after washing with other apparels)
 

 


 

Shipment, Collect Parcel and 2nd delivery

 

1) When your parcel shipped, we will do our best to sms, email or messenger messenge you to notify your shippment
2) You have to keep on track with the delivery status, any problem please get back to us
- we will follow up to you with 2nd delivery
- we will help you and complain the courier until you get the parcel

3) If you do not collect the parcel or follow up with us and the courier sending back to us, you have to bear the full postage cost for another shipment


Please note:

  1. From our site which we can control, we will do our best to help you and take responsible for you, from your site we hope you can colloborate with us, so we can help you more.
  2. Poslaju will help us keep the parcel up to 2months (Depend to courier company policy), after 2 months they will throw it.
  3. If the parcel sent back to us and we have retrieved it we will help you keep the parcel up to 6months
    a. we will help people who are going to oversea or outstation or forget the order to keep the parcel up to 6months
    b. within this 6 months we will serve you and help you do the 2nd Shipment 
    c. after 6 months we will resell your item or donate out (Please understand we have limited storage, Thanks you ^^)

 


Incomplete Payment and expired order
1) We will ship out the parcel, when we receive the full payment
2) The incomplete payment , we will help you keep the parcel up to 3 months only
3) You can request and postpone another one month
4) If you failed to make payment in 3 month, your order will consider expired
5) We will give away the clothes, resell or donate out

** It is not refundable , if the order status go to expired
